Job Application Procedure

Are you interested in one of our vacancies and do you want to apply to start a great career at Econosto? Please send us your CV and cover letter; you will find the "apply" button below every vacancy. When applying for a position at Econosto, you will go through the following process:

Step 1: Application 

  

You will find the skill and work experience requirements for every vacancy in our vacancy text. If you have any further questions about this, please feel free to call the designated contact.

Step 2: Assessment

 

One of our recruiters will look at your details and decide whether you fit the profile for the vacancy for which you are applying.

Step 3: 1st round of applications

 

If we see sufficient links between your CV and cover letter and our vacancy, then we will invite you for a first interview. We may ask you to bring the original documents of:

  • diplomas and transcripts;
  • certificates;
  • one or multiple valid forms of identification;
  • possibly a certificate of good conduct.

Econosto will check the documents for completeness and authenticity and will keep a record of its findings on this. We will keep copies of the documents for the personnel file. In addition, Econosto will check the references that you have provided.

Step 4: Assessment

 

Depending on the position for which you apply, an assessment may be part of the process.

Step 5: 2nd round of application

 

If the outcome of the first interview is positive, then we will invite you for the second interview. In one of the interviews, you will speak to your future manager.

Step 6: Conditions of employment interview

 

The application process will finish with a conditions of employment interview. This may be conducted in person or by phone.

Step 7: Welcome

 

If you successfully complete steps 1 through 6, you will be ready to start your career at Econosto. You will then start an extensive introduction programme, which will familiarise you with Econosto within 4 weeks.
