Time flies when you're having fun!

(Senior sales engineer)

AlAs a Senior Sales Engineer, I am in charge of the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas departments and specifically for the Storage and Transhipment Terminals segment. This is a challenging market which requires a lot in terms of specialisation, quality and customer management. The emphasis is on offering added value for the customer. I have been working at ERIKS/Econosto for over 5 years now and I can confirm that time flies when you're having fun!
There is a pleasant working atmosphere and your colleagues are always there to support you. In November, I was the youngest person to become a Senior at Econosto. This shows that if you want to keep developing, you will have every opportunity to do so within the company.

Varied work in a pleasant atmosphere

(Management trainee)

After completing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business, I started working for ERIKS as a Management Trainee The management traineeship offers me a varied job in which I can familiarise myself with the business processes by working in a different department every 6 months. The great thing about this setup for me is that my work is incredibly varied.
At the moment, I am working as a trainee in the internal sales department of the Capelle a/d IJssel location for 3 months. This gives me work experience and teaches me more about dealing with customers of ERIKS. In addition to the challenging work, the colleagues create a pleasant atmosphere in which work is interspersed with jokes.

Great, the freedom to create your own tasks

(Proces coordinator)

After my degree in Business, with a Master's in Change Management, I looked for a challenging job in process optimisation, preferably at an international company with good career prospects. At ERIKS, I feel completely at home. From the start I was given the freedom to set my own course. I am responsible for a number of projects and because I am given the necessary freedom, I am actually able to take that responsibility. For me, that's a very nice way to work.

Proud of Econosto

(Senior Sales Advisor)

I am proud of Econosto. Wherever you are, you also look whether they are using Econosto products or whether there are any Econosto cars driving around. Even friends send pictures with Econosto on them. In addition to the opportunity for personal development, I also think that the freedom that you are given to arrange activities yourself is very important. Econosto is like a kind of village, the "we know each other feeling" is prominent, there is an excellent atmosphere, a good cooperation, and so you enjoy going to work.

Working in a group with a huge team spirit

(Team Leader ERP integrations)

As a company, we are flexible and creative, and we mainly work with the customer. The customer is always our priority. In addition, there is plenty of room for personal development. For example, I started at Econosto in 1996 in the product department for mechanical pressure and temperature measurements and after several other product departments I ended up in automation in 2001, where our activities include the support of the ERP system in NL, BE, UK and DE. At the moment, my responsibilities include the integrations from our ERP to the webshop, customers and suppliers.
The continuous development of the company also offers possibilities for personal development. This, in combination with a team of fun and driven colleagues, ensures that you don't really want to go looking elsewhere.
