ERIKS Econosto Process Control introduces a new series of intelligent electro-pneumatic valve positioners under the name Econ® 3300 Smart Valve Positioner. 

The series includes the following variants:

Each model comes with a matching  mounting kit. To ensure optimal operation of actuators and valve positioners, these are preferably assembled and adjusted in our workshop by our own craftsmen - but also on location, as desired.

Fluid motion

Econ® 3300 valve positioners use electronic flapper/ nozzle system that clearly performs better than piëzo control valves, which allows the control valve to move more fluently. The built-in microprocessor also controls the stroke very precisely. In combination with the rapid response time and the high precision, this results in excellent control characteristics. Thanks to the tight shut-off function, the valve positioner switches the compressed air on or off electronically so that the (control) valve opens or closes completely under its own power.


User-friendly and economical

With its clear menu system and bright LCD display, you can easily view and change the parameters. 


Furthermore, the automatic calibration function saves considerable time when commissioning in comparison with analogue valve positioners. Finally, the low power consumption and low voltage requirement (only 8.5V) ensure lower operational costs.
